Zwilling Enfinigy It was a favorite of the box simply from an aesthetic perspective, and this boiler performed at a high level during our rehearsals, too. The construction is strong, and I dug the minimalist model with a button. In just over 2 pounds, it is not too heavy and has an exterior with cold touch for finger safety. Another main choice from previous years is Oxo creates adjustable adjustable boiler. With its gooseneck saliva, it is a particularly attractive boiler for spills or other manual configurations for creating coffee that require a steady, controlled spill.
