After the success of the third season “Reacher”, Jack Reacher’s world will become bigger. Hero’s close friend Frances Neagley (Maria Sten) is taking her spinoff called (you thought) “Neagley”.
Like Reacher, Neagley is based on British author Lee Child’s books. She was a member of the 110th Unit of Special Military Police investigations, which the achievement led before leaving the Armed Forces.
Amazon announced the “Neagley” spinoffin in October 2024 and confirmed that Maria Sten will lead the series.
“When she learns that a beloved friend from her past was killed in a dubious accident, she becomes prone to justice.
“Using everything she has learned from Jack Reacher and her time as a member of 110 special investigators, Neagley puts herself on a dangerous way to discover a dangerous evil,” the show says.
Speaking to Forbes last month, Rinchson joking that he could not confirm if he would appear on “Neagley”.
“That would make sense, but we cannot confirm that it would make sense. It simply makes sense in a hypothetical world.
“Just as if it were introduced for some episodes. But it could happen.”
Sten spoke about Business Insider about “Neagley” before the release of the last season of “Reacher”. Here’s what to know.
Maria Sten said ‘Neagley’ indicates that her character has a life out of her relationship with Reacher
Recalling how Neagley took place in Reacher since 2022, Sten said: “When we meet her for the first time, I think she is still a lost dog outside the army and finding her way into the world. Then, coming to the second season, she definitely found her way into the world, at least in her professional life.
“I think the third season is more of this, where we really see it located in her life in Agoikago before she, of course, turns off to help reach.”
Sten went on: “I think this is a beautiful way to remove the character from, ‘Yes, I’m living in this accessible universe and I’m connected to it.” She has been telling her, but also telling the world that yes, she has a life outside Reacher and she is actually running her cases and is doing her things and has her problems as well, out of the help of the big boy!
“So I think they did a beautiful thing to honor the book and honor what is Reacher, but also to honor Neagley’s contribution so far and send it themselves.”
‘Neagley’ does not yet have a date of release but Lee Child said it could reach by the end of 2025

Amazon is still developing spinoff, which does not have a release date. Neagley has no dedicated books as Reacher, so it can explain why it is taking some time to develop.
But co-representatives Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton can adapt the story scenes from the five books “Jack Reacher” by Lee Child showing Neagley.
In an interview with BI before the premiere of the third season “Reacher”, Child suggested that the show could debut at the end of 2025.
“They start shooting very quickly, in fact! And I think I’ve seen the scenarios, I think it will be great, just as good as ‘achievement’, indeed,” he said. “So you know, with a little luck,” Reacher’-Verse will prevail in the Amazon Prime of both ends of it. “
‘Riverdale’ and ‘Cold Sabrina’Stars Adventures are thrown into’ Neagley ‘
On February 25, Sten confirmed on Instagram that “Neagley” had begun filming her first season. On that day, Amazon named a small portion of the cast members who had joined in the series, though little is known about their characters.
Riverdale star Greyston Holt will play detective Hudson Riley along with Adeline Rudolph, who appeared in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and play Renee.
The “Kingstown” actor Matthew del Negro will play Pierce Woodrow, while the actor “once in Hollywood” Damon Herriman will play Lawrence Cole. The newcomers Jasper Jones is also cast as Keno.
